During our recent family trip to the Lake District, we stayed at a charming cottage nestled next to a golf course. While I'm not much of a golfer myself, my husband and son thoroughly enjoyed spending their mornings on the course, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We took advantage of the nearby cycling paths, exploring the area at our own pace. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing a comfortable base for our adventures. the quiet surroundings and friendly locals added to the overall peaceful atmosphere, making our stay truly relaxing. With easy access to Ambleside and Wray Castle, we were able to explore the area without any hassle. Overall, our family had a delightful experience at this cottage, enjoying the family-friendly amenities and activities that the location had to offer. It was the perfect getaway for us to unwind and create lasting memories together.
